What we may process

When you contact us, we may process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business contact details, company information and the content of your enquiry. Cloudflare Pages and related hosting and security systems may also process technical request information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser/user-agent information and security logs.

Why we use it

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, take steps requested before entering into a contract, provide or administer requested services, maintain business records, protect the security and reliability of the website, and comply with legal obligations.

Lawful bases

Depending on the context, our lawful basis may be steps at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries, operating the company, maintaining records and protecting our systems where those interests are not overridden by applicable rights. Where consent is legally required for a particular technology or communication, we will seek it before relying on that processing.

Your right to object

Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may have the right to object. If personal data is ever processed for direct marketing, you may object to that processing and the objection will be respected as required by law. Privacy information at the point of collection

This corporate site does not contain a web form. Enquiries start through email links and are sent using your chosen email provider. The Contact and UK Press pages link to this notice next to their enquiry actions. If we later add a form or another direct data-collection interface, we will provide the relevant privacy information at or before submission.

Cookies and analytics

The corporate-site code does not set non-essential cookies or run third-party behavioural analytics. Its local interaction hook sends no data to an analytics provider. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security technologies when protecting and delivering the site. If we introduce non-essential cookies or analytics that require consent, we will update this notice and provide the required controls before enabling them.

Who we may share data with

We use Cloudflare for website hosting and security and Microsoft 365 for corporate email. We may also use professional advisers and service-fulfilment providers where reasonably necessary. If you buy a specific service, relevant information may be shared with suppliers or publishers needed to deliver that service. We do not sell personal data.

International processing

Some technology or service providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for a transfer, we will use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism or another permitted basis.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to handle follow-up or disputes, and to meet legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations. Different records may therefore have different retention periods.
